The main bay has room for skiing, and quiet coves hold bluegill, crappie, catfish and the best largemouth bass population in Bella Vista, per the POA. Loch Lomond has no horsepower limit (per the 71B Team; the POA's boating rules list no cap).

Skiing, wake sports and no-wake coves
Waterskiing, tubing and wake boating are allowed on Loch Lomond, but only in the main body of the lake. Coves and anything within 100 feet of shore are no-wake, and no-wake and no-ski zones are marked with buoys and enforced. Motorized boats 26 feet and longer are not allowed on POA lakes, and neither are jet skis. Every boat, kayak and paddle board needs a POA registration sticker. Read the POA's boating rules before you buy a boat.

The Marina at Lakepoint is a full-service marina with a covered fishing dock, a fish cleaning station, gas and bait sales and boat rentals. The POA also leases covered and uncovered mooring spaces by the year. Boat ramps with courtesy docks are at Stoneykirk, Tiree Park and Granton Park. Lakepoint Restaurant sits along the shoreline, and all POA restaurants are open to the public.

Every property owner is a member, and lake use comes with the free Member Card. A $40 Activity Card is needed to register a boat or lease a slip.
